We are a small firm with the talent, experience, drive and resources to get large firm results.  Unlike a large firm, however, our size enables us to be directly and personally involved with our clients and all significant aspects of their cases. 

Our backgrounds as military officers and government lawyers prior to entering private practice give us unique focus, operational knowledge and the procedural dexterity with which to approach each client’s situation.  We keep an eye on “mission accomplishment”, as defined after direct consultation with the client.  We are particularly skilled at coordinating logistics and crafting creative solutions to unusual problems at any stage of case development.  We excel at directing experts and delegating appropriate tasks to staff. 

Because our military training ingrained in us the importance of engaging the chain-of-command, we are especially skilled at keeping in close and constant communications with our clients, who are always the ultimate decision-makers regarding the direction of their cases.  As a result, many of our best clients are those with specialized knowledge or a sophisticated understanding of their issues, such as businesspeople, property owners, developers and engineers, who want to be directly or indirectly involved with most aspects of their representation. 

We are meticulously conservative about our own overhead, and strive similarly in all matters to minimize fees and costs for our clients.
