We have decades of military experience and expertise in our firm. Our lawyers are former active duty JAGC (Judge Advocate General Corps) prosecutors and have extensive experience dealing with Commands and Staff Judge Advocates on both the government’s and on the servicemember’s behalf.

At present, we represent only active duty and reserve soldiers and sailors, officers and enlisted members, both junior and senior, in criminal and administrative procedures. Because we have worked within the system, we are sensitive to and knowledgeable about the career and post-service life repercussions of military processes. We now use that knowledge from our position outside the system to obtain consistently favorable results for our clients.

Examples of the types of cases we accept and are experienced with handling:

Courts-Martial and all UCMJ Proceedings:

General, Special and Summary Courts-martial, including “Article 32” pretrial hearings

Non-judicial Punishment Proceedings, also known as “Article 15”, “Mast” or “Office Hours”

Boards of Inquiry/Administrative Discharge Proceedings

Requests for Discharge

Board for Correction of Military Records and Pardon Proceedings (for those wishing to correct errors to their service records, change their service characterizations and expunge military convictions)

Please note: Our firm does not work with Family Law (Divorce) or Veterans’ Administration issues.
